Until now, people who had previously bought any of my work on DMs Guild could still download it through the "My Library" page of their DMs Guild account. After several months of emailing them and the people of Wizards of the Coast, the only thing they could tell me was that my work was never allowed back on the DMs Guild website. On the 29th of September 2017, I got an email from the people of Dungeon Master's Guild informing me that my character and spell sheets had been taken offline by the request of Wizards of the Coast. If you try this sheets, please rate them and, if you feel like it, write a review. N be found in the sheet's built-in FAQ, as well as answers to a lot of questions. Please take a look at the sheet's built-in FAQ before posing your questions. These sheets will most often be of a lower version than the Character Record Sheet, because not all updates include changes that are pertinent to the Adventure Logsheets. Please note that the version number of these sheets is to indicate the version of MPMB's Character Record Sheet they were extracted from. Opening them even once with Preview will cause the sheet's form-fillable fields and automation to be the subject to a disintegration spell. Mac users, please be careful to never open the sheets with Preview.

Get Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for free here. Note that mobile versions of Adobe Acrobat do not support the auto-fill and auto-calculations (see FAQ). These Adventure Logsheets only works with Adobe Acrobat version DC, either Reader, Standard, or Pro, running on Mac OS or Windows.
